Thinking of going on Monday 26th (flexible other than Sunday - too crowded) anyone travelling up or passing through my neck of the woods and interested in car sharing!

I was there today. Some good deals around. I got a Kata HB-205 backpack and a LaCie 320GB hard drive at good prices. Andy Rouse was on the Kata stand along with Andy Bennett (formerly of Lowepro fame) and I had superb service from both of them. For the Lowepro addicts, Lowepro today were showing off three new pro backpacks deep enough to take a DSLR with grip. Harness and waist belt are well padded.

Speed Graphic have a 10% discount, other dealers had plenty of offers. It was busy right from 10am, but stayed bearable into the afternoon.

If travelling from the south, beware of the roadworks with average speed cameras, and on the way home, the M1 southbound was near stationary from just before j11. There were lots of queues to pay, queues to register but once you got in, it was okay.

I intend to make my way up there on Monday. Will probably catch the train and try to be there for 10.

So how do one recognise an NPN member, I sure hope you're not lugging a white 500/4 around...
