Taken today at Slimbridge with a few others from here

A Sparrowhawk had just flown through so this flock of Wigeon got up.

Not a stunning quality image because of the light, but one 'for the moment'

Hi Martin

Always a great sight at Slimbridge watching the Wigeon flocks take off. You have caught it well here, shame about the light as a bit of sun would really make the colours zing. A good capture in the conditions.

Nice to meet you and say hello today.

cheers

I like this image despite the light. The wigeon are clearly identifiable and make for a nice pattern across the image.

My only nit would be the OOF lapwings are a bit distracting. But they were there too and that is that.

Nice one!!
