Red Fox
Captured this fox this morning. They were not as active as the last couple of times I went to photograph them.

Dan, I have been watching your fox photography throughout this winter. I just want to say that you have captured some wonderful images. You are a good example of pursuing a subject with passion. I personally think that this type of dedication is what photography is all about. :toast: Robbie

You're on a roll with these foxes, Dan! I love the intense look here. Did you get my e-mail?

I agree with Robbie. I'll never get tired of seeing your fox shots! When I lived in the foothills above Boulder last year, we had a fox that would come into our house at night and sit on the carpet while we watched tv. We named him(?) Rusty. He'd eat out of our hands too which was always entertaining to visitors.

I wish the right crop was not so tight. Otherwise, this is a great portrait. :toast:
