February Final Photos
I had planned to photograph sunrise this morning but when I looked outside I saw nothing but clouds, fog and a layer of snow. Even better! I got dressed and headed for Arches, where I spent the next 6 hours shooting more red rock and snow. I know, I know...you're all tired of seeing snow in Arches!

Here's one from the morning along Lower Courthouse Wash.

Actually no. I would like to see more Arches and snow! Keep 'em comin'

I was just thinking about a full moon, Arches and snow actually

First, you are extremely blessed to live where you do ..................(in the off season-anyway)

Second, its the freakin' middle of the week, Dude! Don't you have to show up for work somewhere?

Third, sweet shot....love the light, contrast between snow and red rock, and perceived softness of the scene!

Thanks for the comments, gents.

Ken:

Trust me, I know I am blessed and am thankful for it every waking day! My job allows me quite a bit of time off. I literally only work half the year, so that leaves lots of free time to play. Life is definitely good here in Moab.

Dude, I never get tired of viewing your images and this is no exception. This shot reminds me of one of yours that you shot back in the fall. This is superb. I love how the white trees stand out against the rock wall in the back. Well done buddy.

Definitely looking forward to seeing more from this outing.
