I installed the trial version a few days ago and got my box version today.
So far there are many obvious improvements over the beta. This is going to be fun!
As a simple example of some of the automation built in:
I took me about 30 seconds to pick five flower pictures that I want to include in the theme post (I'm trying to pace myself ), define an export setting that produces a sRGB Jpeg at 70 quality setting constrained to 700 pixels, with a custom name, and a copyright watermark, and a defined location for the exported images, and export the images.
With the beta I had to suck the exported image into CS2 and add the watermark. It would be nice if LR let you define the watermark image to use (maybe it does).
Of course a CS2 action could do this too, but I don't have that action and I didn't have to write one!
Anyway, it just impressed me as sorta slick.
Later!

Kalin -
I agree, Lightroom is fun.
There are several ways to add a copyright watermark - see here
And you might also Google "lightroom watermark" - there's lots of stuff out there about this.
