Lunar Eclipse Sequence, 3rd March 2007

EOS 20D, EF500/4.5L, Tripod.
Processed in Rawshooter, cropped and USM in PS.

The first 3 are ISO 100 around 1/125 f8
Last one is ISO 800 1/2 f4.5

As it was such a clear night and not cold, I stayed out a while and recorded this sequence.

All comments welcome. Thanks.

well done Richard. thing that surprised me was the speed of the moon. I was using 500mm lens with 1.4 converter. On iso 400 during the total eclipse film speeds of even 4 seconds show blurring.next time I'll ditch the tc and use iso 800 as you have done. amazing to think of great chunk of rock hurling through space at such a lick.
very professional result. :toast:
