Well, its been a wet week or so here and today the clouds parted so that all us outdoors people could stretch our legs.....
I decided to try something different today that I had never done before and the light worked out pretty well...
comments and critiques please....
Thanks in advance
Darren

Pretty cool Darren. Just take this comp in 2 months with leaves on that tree (and tone down the greens some) and this will be really cool.

Either that or shoot this comp next fall with all the yellow leaves on the ground and in the trees.

That's an outstanding foreground, love the look of the explosion. It's too bad that once the trees are green, this scene would probably have the main falls obstructed! Hope you made it to the top of Ponytail, it was a nice weekend in the gorge.

I'd go with the Fall foliage on this one. Especially with that bridge - what a color combination it would be. A fantastic comp.

I think there are going to be a lot of people stealing this comp next fall, Darren.
