The robins and varied thrushes are back - over 50 in my yard today all looking for bugs under the leaves. A sure sign of spring!! Yay!!

I'm in Sandy, Oregon, 1200 feet in elevation, on the way up 26 to Mt Hood - east of Portland.. 55 degrees here today, but rain expected Tues-Sunday or longer.

Yea and Mt. Hood actually stayed clear for the eveing... it feels like we have turned a corner. Lots of flowers are blooming here in SE PDX. The daffodils and other narcissistic plands are coming alive around me....

Isn't it wonderful?!

I noticed trees chock full of leaf buds yesterday, here in Seattle. Another few more warmer days and POW! Everything is going to explode in Spring color and bloom.

And today the plums are leafed out, and the hummers are back, and the daffodills are up and the magnolias buds are swelling....and...and...and........

IT'S SPRING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We made it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
