Winter Sunrise, Tettegouche SP, MN

Hi everyone. Here's another tropical heatwave photograph from Minnesota's North Shore. The sunrise was a typical Superior affair, overcast and quiet. Nothing spectacular, but I enjoyed watching the soft mists come off of the water. Enjoy!

This is as beautiful as any sunrise I've seen, but I'm partial to dark & moody scenes. Great composition, color, and interest with the foreground rocks.

Excellent - I really need to get to the North Shore sometime. All I need is a break in my schedule....!!

Thanks for your comments. In the full size image, you can make out the Apostle Islands in the distance.

Christopher - I think we all need a break in our schedules! :biggrin:
