I think I have been working with Owls a bit to long

Taken the other day whilst out with one of the Eagle Owls who we call Kaln.

D2X - 200mm AF-S F2 VR
ISO 200, F4.5, 1/160th sec
Handheld

Not much in the way of wild birds to post at present, sorryyy

Thanks for looking :toast:

Hi Vince,

Nice sgot of Kaln. Nice to seee those magnificent eyes in close up. I'm trying to work out what the reflection in his left eye is?? Is it a white flower head?

Regards

Great shot Vince. :toast: Will this one sit on someones gloved hand yet? I always love to go to a raptor show where we can get within 10 feet and get some good closeups

Do captive birds have a different "look" in their eyes than a wild one? Just a thought....

What's it thinking? I tried to work it out by staring into its eyes, I'm sure there's a smile.
Nice one.
