Hey Gang:

I'm just curious about what other photography any does shoot in this forum. Or is everyone diehard wildlife/nature photographers.. I for one enjoy shooting or trying to shoot wildlife as much as I enjoy shooting a football match.

Feedback please.. William

Landscapes, the occasional climbing picture but nothing else really!

Football, rugby, shinty, hurling, karting and a lot of mundane press shots (accident scenes, people, politicians, whatever the editors ask for really)
Wildlife stuff just fills the gaps now.

For me, Natural History is a hobby and shooting everything else is the job (as you'll see from my website).

Believe me... shooting wildlfe is easy compared to shooting people!

Assistant wedding and social/event photography (professionally), Sport, Landscapes and Nature (hobby).

Anything else that gets in the way of my lens will be shot.

I'm with Barrie on the subject of it being easier to shoot wildlife than people. People answer back and complain too much.

Within reason anything that pays!!

That said it's a mixture of press, catalogue, portrait (people and pets) that backs up my nature biased work mix, but I know which I like the best

Superbikes, which is my first passion, although I'm really getting into avian photography now..

Would like a go at glamour, but the mrs wont let me :frown:

Nor mine Tony :frown:

I have suggested glamour with feathers  The answer is still NO!!!!!!!!! :frown:

My photography is based purely on wild birds, work done at project sites & the birds(feathered type) I work with. Mainly for educational purposes really.

If I did glamour I would probably need a very sturdy tripod & cast iron-fronts

Apart from family pictures, it has been nature-related photography only for me.

However I did get asked to shoot some promo pics for a friends band recently and it was not too bad and did present some different challenges.
