Hi Mark,
Very nice images. (Great work with a 100-400 as your main lens.) Clean design. Nicely indexed on the Categories page. Navigation would be better if there were <prev> <next> links on each page that open the next image. Having to use the back button feels clunky. Also, I wouldn't cycle so many images on the Home page. Whet the visitors appetite and them let them go on a treasure hunt.
A few navigation touch-ups and you'll be in great shape!

Only one error caught my eye and that was Commisions on http://www.marksellings.com/sales.asp
Lovely images, nice setup, easily navigated. In your Florida Gallery, your Tricolored Heron is actually a Little Blue heron, and your Grey Heron is the closely related Great Blue Heron.
