Been away for a week or so, but finally processed a few shots. These are from July 06 while up in the Eastern Sierra. Two weeks earlier Yosemite opened up Tuoloumne Meadows area. Made the trek up there twice during the long weekend I was in the area.
One day was crystal clear at sunset and the other had some clouds that accented the scene.

What do you think? Been away from landscape photos for a while and been working on aviation shots....

All very fine images from this majestic area, Eric. These scenes are very familiar to most of us who have ventured up the Tioga Pass over the years into the backside of Yosemite NP. Thanks for posting them.

Pretty nice work there, Eric!

My favorite is This One. I love the color and the overall balance of the composition. There is a plant stalk that is intruding on the reflection of the Kuna Crest that you might consider cloning out. It's a very nice photo, and you did a great job of capturing some wonderful light!

Tuolumne is one of may favorite places! I've climbed and photographed in the area for many years, and it never ceases to thrill me!

Hi Eric,

Thanks for sharing these photos with us. You have captured some wonderful light here. The first one is my favorite of the bunch.

I hope you don't stray too far from landscape photography.

I liked the last 2 photos most.
I like the arc of clouds reflecting in the water as a recall of the real sky which is partially cropped because the lens is not wideenough. Like preston I like the last one as it is an original framing of the reflection.

Why are all reflections blurry? Is it because of a long exposure?
