All I can say it was just a moment of time waiting to happen.

Hi folks,
Thanks!
I just walked in the door from a 34-day long photo trip through the Sierra, White Mountains and California Deserts. The place absolutely captivated me. More so that I can even describe. The trip was only supposed to be a couple of weeks long! It may have even been the most enjoyable photo journey I've ever had. I'm digging through roughly 14,000 images right now. Look for new work to start popping up next week. I should also have some images appearing in other publications like OP, among others, in the upcoming months.
Thanks again.....man, gotta get used to typing and staring at the computer screen again....

Hi Marc,
what a great achievement! The photo is great and right in your style coming off a sub-zero hiking trip. I'm sure we'll be seeing many more mag covers and other great things from you in the future.

I tried the magazine's website, and googling, but I couldn't find anything about this month's cover. What was the photo?
