It's time, There back!
Spent Sat afternoon and Sunday morning on the Washington side of the gorge between The Dalles and Hood River and the flowers are starting to pop out. Spent time at Horsethief Butte, Dalles Mt. Road, and in the Rowland lake area. These blue flowers were common along with some small yellow buttercup types and found a few shooting stars. The weather was interesting, mostly overcast, a lot of fog on the river, with a hint of sun now and then. It;s time to go shoot, this forum has been slow lately. Get-um posted, good, not so good, or just interesting. Will post more from this trip later.

NIce one , Jerry. Rick and I drove around a bit on Sunday and saw all the Widow Grass out. Don't forget the Syncline for flowers/Oaks/Stream shots. Email me for directions.

We've got Crocuses in our backyard that got washed rather heavily in the rains last night. Bummer they got the deluge but it sure was cool to see them AND to actually BBQ some rib eyes tonight in the lull between storms!!!! Bring ON SPRING BABY!!!!

Mmmmmm.... Wish I lived a little closer to the Gorge. Very nice Jerry.

Hey, Rick, if it's Crocus you're looking for, I've got some posted over in Flora (alas, no rib eye to go with 'em...). They're a bit "artsy" for this forum  , but when I get into the landscape soon, I'll be posting flora/landscape here.

Yeah, SPRING has SPRUNG!
