Hi folks, I imagine that many of you like me are MORE than ready for SPRING!!! So I thought I would post something "Springy" to help us all get back into the mood of shooting as apposed to suffering this amazingly harsh winter!! It snowed here in Balmy Snoqualmie this morning...
This iris was found last year at Kubota Garden in Seattle. An EXCELLENT place to spend a lazy spring morning!

wow great color there Rick, not to mention the composition
The sun is melting the frost off the deck this morning. Must be about time.Nice iris Rick. Saw some vedio of Snoqualmie falls the other day. Impressive.
Anybody know his or her way around the Yacolt Burn/Silver Star area in SW Wash? There are some wonderful iris fields there, but I can't remember how to get to them. They should be dazzling in, say, early June.....

Um...actually, I'm all for Winter. But I am strange....so people tell me. Nice little intimate image, Rick.

Rick, very nice. I think the strong diagonal line is what makes this image work. Well done.
