Hooded crow
Hooded crow (Corvus corone cornix)

Crows are disliked by the public but I like them somehow. They are very intelligent birds and I find them intriguingly weary of any human in their surroundings.
If I take a brisk walk, they ignore me and I can walk by only 3-4 meters from them but if I make a slow walk with the camera, they tend to sit up in trees and prepared to take to the wings as soon as the big round thing is pointed their way.

Anyway, I liked the light and the crooked diagonal branch in this photograph of yesterday.

Cheers, Jens.

A great shot Jens. The branch really makes it a very strong composition
