We had cold temps and wind but somehow students found a few flowers open to shoot this past weekend. Wildflower Workshop Gallery
The blooming trees around here are going nuts, and I expect the redbuds and later dogwoods to do the same thing. We've got one terrific spring already in full swing deeper down in Arkansas, and it is making its way up into the Ozarks...
Beautiful gallery Tim! I wanted to take this workshop, but thought about it too late...it filled-up early, as I recall. With images like these, it's easy to see why it's so popular. Thanks for posting.

Nice gallery! I'm glad to see Art D. amongst your students. He's been a great asset to our camera club over the years, and an interesting guy as well.

Tim, there goes another group of satisfied customers! You know you're doing something right when conditions aren't the best and you still come away with some winners.
And by the way, don't use up all the wildflowers too early this spring, we still have over a month to go before our Spring Photography Fling in Arkansas!
Nice Gallery Tim, I do have a question for you. I was out this weekend hiking in the forest with my dogs and not my camera! and noticed the Bloodroot was starting to bloom. How long do you expect they will bloom this spring?
They are just now getting started so I suspect they will be around for at least another week, perhaps two (maybe longer on higher ridges). It will depend on how much rain and cool temps we get vs. warmth and sunshine. I bet this coming weekend will be a great one for the early wildflowers in the Ozarks.
