I just wanted to see if there was any interest out there...
I am considering purchasing a 44” Large Format printer. To offset some of the cost, I am thinking of offering printing service to other photographers. I live in Evergreen, it may not be the most convenient place for most folks, but I would be happy to meet and deliver in the Denver area, or possibly have people come by and do their own printing.
Also, if I do purchase a LF printer, I will be selling my 24” HP Designjet 130 if anyone is interested. I will post a classified once its available.

Rene-
Great idea finding ways to fund the purchase of the printer. I've been making prints for other photographers for three years from my studio in Conifer without problems. I think being in Evergreen isn't a problem.
I recently recouped the cost for my 7600, enabling me to buy a 9800. (But to cover the cost of this printer, I need to sell 200 prints at 20 x 30 inches.) However much printing business you do, it definitely helps to get some of the costs back, especially during the steep and expensive learning curve.
In any case, congratulations and have fun with the new printer!
