Well, I noticed Marc's 1st ESS post from his recent travels - "Lord of the Valley" has won editor's pick for this week. Congrats Marc.
What bugs me he stated in a recent post "I'm probably not going to post what I feel are my strongest images, but rather seek critique on some of those on-the-fence shots." An editor's pick from a "on-the-fence" shot. The rest of us don't stand a chance
Congrats, Marc! Although I think "Simple Dreams" is a far better shot, "Lord of the Valley" ain't to dang bad.

Maybe Marc should just be the permanent EP, and we will then all vie for 2nd place. Or maybe we just don't count his stuff.

It's up to each individual how they want to interact on this forum. Sort of harsh words IMHO. Some folks are lurkers who never comment. Others may not frequent the forum all the time. I myself missed the editors pick this week. I almost missed this thread but since I'm a moderator, I read it all.
