Subrata,
The sharpening looks good (it maybe a bit crunchy at full size), but I'm having troubles believing the blue tones to be real - I know your intent is to have a cool photo, but... The sky works for me, so maybe mask the rest to tone down the cast a bit???

Thanks Michie. I will see what happens, but there will be some difference btw. snow in shade and snow in Sun.
I usually tend to over-sharpen for my Epson inkjet prints. It shows over-sharpened on screen, but doesn't reflect in print. But you are correct, ideally I should do different sharpening for print and web. But I was lazy.

Subrata,
I actually prefer the first version. This one seems a bit oversharpened (halo's on top of the ridge) and there's a bit too much blue here.
Perhaps you could describe your processing steps? I might also like to take a shot at processing this. Not sure how big your original is, but with your permission myself, or maybe others would like to see what they could do with the original. If you're up for it feel free to drop me an email.
I like the scene and the composition, I just think it needs some processing work.

The blue is way over the top in the shadows in particular. I'm not sold ont he composition either, so it might just be better to move onto to another image. the scene must have been something toe xperierence tho.
