Issue with fotomagico 2 when using Epson 1705c projector

I just gave a talk on bird photography and was surprised when I started the last section which was a slideshow in fotomagico using my Macbook Pro and a borrowed Epson 1705c. The first part was a Keynote presentation that went off without a hitch. Fotomagico, however, decided to crap out. When I tested it at home on a monitor it worked great. When I started it using the projector, the projector image would go white, as would most of the screen on my Macbook Pro. I quit fotomagico, rebooted, and disconnected the projector and it ran fine on the laptop. I plugged the vga on the projector back in and the same white screen after clicking Play on the slideshow.

Details:
fotomagico 2 set to 1024 x 768
VGA connector using DVI to VGA from Macbook Pro
Displays set to mirror (though I tried it both ways) and both diplay and projector were at 1024 x 768.

Again, the Keynote presentation went off without a hitch.

Aside from that, I am defintiely getting this projector. The images were impressively accurate.

Just FYI for anyone else using this program. Update to 2.0.1 to eliminate the white screen when running slideshow at full screen.
