I saw this link posted on another photography web site and thought folks here would like to see it. This is one impressive printer technology. Make sure you watch the video clip from beginning to end. If the page fails to load, try it again. The site has been busy today.

I am getting a "forbidden access" page. Tried several times.

The little video shows impressive speed. 60 pages per minute - wow!

Printer cost seems to be low. What about ink cost and print quality?

If you google the printer name or the research company you can find some more websites with info. A couple of them go into more detail about how the printer head works and the fact that ink costs will be significantly cheaper than the big 3. 50ml tanks for $20 instead of 10-15 ml tanks for $35-40. Seems that the printhead is made up of thousands of micro nozels that span the entire width of the page. This is how it is able to print so fast, no moving print heads.

Now, THIS is a printer to watch for. It's sounds almost unbelievable!

Certainly a new way to print ink on paper. I too am interested in seeing the image quality.
