Here's a shot of Crown point that I took on a photo trip with my brother a few months ago. The light was quite nice for a short while.

Great light Rick. I must share with you that my eyes find the center channel markers with ease. My or may not be an issue for some. I sure like the banding of the light.
First thing I noticed was the overall drama of the lighting and color as my eye traveled easily through the frame from rlc to luc. Then in a split second, the lit column of rock on the cliff pointing straight up to the building just popped out at me. Love it. Lots to see overall and in the details. Too bad the road is in there.... Scrolled to crop off the road and it looks okay except for the bright treetop on the bottom right edge.... All in all,
Nice light indeed!!! Sweetly captured and sweetly processed!!! I have no nits Rick!!!

I like it, Rick, but I think I'd tone down the brightness of the shoreline to throw more attention to the building.

Holy crap, that's awesome. I might even draw some attention away from the million dollar restroom to add some contrast to the sky for extra drama

Rick,
You turkey. I have one almost exactly like this except it was processed MUCH better. The light was pretty awesome for that short amount of time, wasn't it?. I cloned out the freeway in my version.

The sky and background don't do it for me, but the light and shadowing closer in sure is amazing...
