I've been waiting ALL winter for a morning like yesterday. Snow hung in the trees, and the sun peaked through, lighting up a dreamlike winter landscape.
As such, I had an entire winter of shots in my mind, and perhaps rushed too much between them. I did get a few I liked...and I'd like to hear thoughts on this one.

Very nice Jim! Just enough new snow to give a nice clean look! It's the perfect amount of fog. Enough to see some distant detail, but still give a moody feel! Well done.

This is a perfect shot in my mind. Killer composition, gorgeous lighting and timing, and ideal snow coverage. Perfect exposure as well.
Only nitpick, if I HAD to say something....perhaps a bit more contrast?
