Very nice lighting indeed Chris, and well worth getting up for. I bet you're deservedly pleased.

Very nice and love the mood you've captured. Well worth it. Unsure whether it needs a bit of CW rotation?

Ooooooooooooooooo - nice one Chris - very very nice :toast: :toast: :toast:

For a moment I thought it needed a tad of clockwise rotation but then decided the fog line was straight so my only nit would be comp - could do with a tad less space on the right and a bit more left - rule of thirds - but thats just me.

Great pic :toast: :toast:

Best Regards

just my kind of image, though too central for me - maybe less space bottom, but love the atmosphere and have often wished to get a shot like this...

I would prefer the bird to be situated a touch lower and to the right, but the mood you have captured is very evocative, as you say. Wonderful!

Cracking mood to a great shot(but i agree about the bird being lower in the image).
