I've Canon EOS30D & Canon's DPP software that comes along with the camera. I'm also using Adobe PS-CS2 with Camera Raw 3.7 software. Till 2 days back it was working fine.
Today I'm observing that the colors that I see in my pictures in CS2 is not the same as when opened in DPP. DPP shows the right colors as shot. However when I open it in CS2 somehow the colors don't match.
I tried the following to see if I can get it back.
1. Reinstalled the latest version Adobe Camera Raw 3.7
2. Repaired the CS2 installation using the Adobe's CS2 CD.
On both the cases the problem still remained. However if I use, DPP's feature of "Transfer to Photoshop" I retain all the original colors. Any thoughts on how to fix this problem.
Thanks for the help.

It sounds like the color profile issue. Check what color profile CS2 says is associated with the image.
