Well Canada is the second largest country in the world, so it's a bit difficult to specify anything in particular. You have to pick different parts of the country, cannot view the entire country as a whole.
If you like mountains, nothing beats British Columbia, the Rockies, Banff, Jasper, Yoho, Kootenay, Kananaskis. Yukon is almost undiscovered so to speak, so if you like total wilderness, I would strongly reccomend Yukon.
Nunavik in Quebec is totally unchartered territory - allegedly great for borealis, mountain hiking and fishing.
If you like coastal areas, a 1008km drive from Montreal till the easternmost tip of the southern shores of the St-Laurent river where it meets the Atlantic in Gaspe is awesome.
If you like remote coastal areas, the 1200+ km drive from Montreal till the easternmost tip of the northern shores of the St-Laurent river is also amazing.
East of the Rockies, Charlevoix in Quebec is the place to beat.
For pastoral scenery, Vancouver Island and the many Gulf Islands, such as Saltspring Is. come highly recommended. As well as in the east the Maritime Provinces would be a good place to go. For mountain scenery, my favorite is Jasper NP. Nova Scotia offers a certain maritime charm with scenic coastal villages like Peggy's Cove, and towns like Lunenberg. For rugged coastal beauty both Newfoundland and British Columbia.
If you went to just our smallest Province, Prince Edward Island, two weeks would not be enough. If you want to see all of Canada 200 years would not be enough

Six weeks from now? We once went up to Banff/Jasper the first week of June and it was the tail end of winter then. It was also cloudy and rainy/snowy every single day.Take warm clothes and your snowshoes.

Frankly you really have to narrow it down.
