Mingus Mill in GSMNP This Past Saturday
Weather was cold and snowy. I took some shots of the mill while we were waiting for Newfound Gap Road to open. All comments appreciated.

Cool! The snow is pretty against the slight spring color in the trees. I'm not crazy about the bright sky, I'd probably be inclined to crop it.

This is nice! I like the combination of light snow and early Spring colors. Great leading line, as well.

Thanks Alice, Richard and Matthew. I had mixed feelings about the shot. I think the sky does detract but the composition seemed a little tight with it cropped out. I'm still not sure if I'll consider it a keeper or not. Have to look at it again in six months. Thanks again for your comments. They are really appreciated.
