In addition to the Escalante pics posted here over the last few days, here's a link to a few more.

I'll be thinning the herd a little, especially the riparian shots of which there are just a few too many. Thanks for all of the critical feedback on the ones posted so far; I'll be using the suggetions as I tweak some of these for printing.

You put 2006 by accident on your website, unless these are all a year old :)

Rick, I'm going to ruin my laptop. I'm drooling all over these! :jump: I see a bit of Stephen Weaver coming through in all your detailed and colorful grass shots. I love it!!!!

Rick, I certainly wouldn't delete ANY of those riparian shots. Looks like you had perfect lighting for that subject. :toast:

Superb work, Rick. Interestingly I was photographing the same things (brush patterns) all last weekend. I just love the subtle beauty that's found just everywhere in these places.

Can you say pastel? Wow, the soft colors are great, and so are the comps. The last shot of Zebra canyon is amazing. I can't wait to go back to Utah. Thank you for sharing.

Thanks for the kind words everyone. Steve's work (and Guy's) definitely came to mind while I was working many of those scenes - no doubt that their creative eyes have influenced mine.

Jon - not sure what you're referring to. I couldn't find 2006 anywhere. Can you be more specific?

Nice collection. I especially like the riparian shots. Nicely seen!

Rick, I love your rip roaring riparian shots and I love them all. It would be hard to slim down that collection. Just keep in mind, you can't dethrone Steve Weaver from his title as "Grass Man" in only one trip, so keep up the good work.
