With a heavy heart I'm considering on switching over from Nikon to Canon after 30 odd some years of using Nikon equipment. I was wondering if I should ask for a discount on the bulk Canon purchase as I plan to spend about $14K in one shot.
Has anyone gotten a discount and if so and how much of a discount is it customary to ask for.
Please don't turn this thread into a Canon vs. Nikon thing - my reasons for switching are the better prices on the super-telephoto lenses and the IS feature.
