I guess the actual ship date will depend on the order date. I placed an order for the upgrade last week, so many others must be ahead of me. I have not yet received a shipping confirmation email from Adobe.

I preordered on March 28 for a download and it was shipped today. I liked it, so I ordered another download. I got it today as well. If that helps.

So has anyone had any luck in receiving their pre-ordered copy of CS3? I ordered mine on April 1 and haven't received a shipping notification yet. I ordered the boxed version rather than the download.
Seems to me that if loyal customers are willing to pre-order a product, a good customer service move would be to actually ship the product when it becomes available.

My boxed (Mac) version arrived last Friday; I ordered on 4/9.

I ordered mine the first day pre-orders were accepted. I received it last week. I received the book yesterday.

Make sure you have a speaker phone and 45 minutes to spare...

Well wouldn't you know. It's just like when your at the stop light. Once you put your car in park, the light turns green.
No sooner than I made that last post (well, maybe it was 10 or 15 minutes), than the DHL driver pulled up with my copy of CS3.
See, all it took was a little whining and venting, something we all learn at about 6 months.... :wavey:
