Another shot from my last outting. Williams Creek is a fantastic tributary to the North Umpqua river. Taken on an overcast day after a night of rain. Along with the usual clear water, intense green foliage and dense forest, I think the footbridge adds an intriguing element and provides a couterpoint to the wilderness.

I think it's a decent shot, Sean, but I'm not that excited by it either. I like the two opposing trees in front of the bridge. I'm undecided about the bridge itself. I feel the shutter was considerably too long to get good texture in the water - and at F20 diffraction is going to be another reason for opening it up a bit more and going with a shorter exposure. I have a personal preference for SS around 1/2 - 1 sec. in these conditions. The image does lead the eye nicely.
Busy, but nothing really distracting. Printed really large, someone could get lost in everything going on here.

I love a lot of elements in this shot, but actually don't like the bridge and it's placement in the center(ish) of the frame. Print it large and I'll stare at it anyhow
