Old wood, New life
Based on the barn/windows buildings shot in the last few months I came across this scene while walking in the meadow the other day. Thought what the hell, I'll give it a try...

I am curious as to what you think of this image....

good, bad, or ugly.....

thanks

Darren

I like it. The dark dark greens go so well with the rest of the photo, but I wish it would have been shot from the front, instead of at an angle from front. The perspective is throwing me off.

Great shot, Darren.... the greens look awesome with the water drops on them.

I like this a lot. Only possible quibble is the slightly OOF piece of wood at URC, which is puzzling and ambiguous. Somehow this image seems to want to be posted in a nice, airy kitchen, as a reminder of the beauty of everyday things.

Darren,
Not a bad shot but I do feel the composition is forced a little. I do like the water droplets on the leaves.

Erik L,

Forced? I am not sure what you mean by that....if you mean that it looks like I placed the leaves there, that is not the case...this is how I found it....

Thanks for all the comments....

No,
I don't mean objects were placed. I just feel maybe everything doesn't work great together and you were really trying to make the comp work. IMHO of course.

This one works for me. The bright green catches my eyes but then the detail in different areas keeps my interest.
