Dipper
EOS20D, 400mm, f5.6@1/500, ISO 400, bag hide, tripod, FF

Not had much chance to get out this week - keen to see what these guys are up to at the moment.

This is just a standard portrait, but I liked the pose - very 'clasic dipper'

Cheers,

Mark

A great shot Mark. Your time is paying dividends. If you are getting some opportunities, Have you considered stopping down to try and increase the DOF and get the back leg a bit sharper? I'm sure it's hard to get these in good light as in my limited experience, these tend to stay around the darks of the water and woods. Well, they do at Fingle Bridge anyway

Hi Mark,
We're certainly being treated to an excellent selection of Dipper shots at the moment with this one being no exception.
Excellent portrait.
