I am unable to tell if this image works on any level. Although there are some aspects I like about it, there are a lot I am unsure about. Are the colors, contrast, and brightness all right? I kinda feel like it might be a little too busy to salvage. I would be very interested to hear you guys' thoughts as to what can make this work better!

I'd try to bring out some more detail in the URC and along the stream channel. I'd also do a mid-tone or highlight burn at LLC to balance the exposure a little better. You might also clone out that little stick in the LRC.
I love your fascination with sunbeams, beware, not everyone shares this enthusiasm. Problem is, to my way of thinking, your whole URC quadrant is sort of a black hole, with all features fading to darkness. IMHO you might want to lighten the little "waterfall" with the stick in front of it, that way you kind of unite "sunbeams" with "cascading brook." And also IMHO Marc is entirely right about that twig in LRC.
Keep posting, Vinu, you're making great strides & getting good guidance here. And, you didn't have to stand in ocean water to make this exposure! (Is this at Starvation Creek in the gorge? If it is I think I know that tree....)

Good advice guys...I heeded to it and while it did make the photo better I don't think I am going to do anything with it; I find it way too busy.
