Wildflower Fields, Dawn
Here's another one from the Dalles Mountain area last week. Thanks for comments and suggestions.

While I prefer Meadow Storm for the more dramatic mood it conveys this one has a nice calm, peaceful feel to it (if that makes any sense). If I were to be really picky I would say that I would prefer not to see the flowers running out of the frame on the bottom right corner. It's getting increasingly difficult to find any minutia to nitpick about in your images but I gotta keep trying.....

This is equally wonderful, Marc. Has a very relaxing feeling to it... I kind of relaxed and took a slow breath out when I saw this...... mission accomplished

Mark,

I actually like this much more than the 1st one from this area, this one is much more "cheery". My only nit would be those darker clouds just above the horizon on the right and that's only because they're not as wispy as the rest they stand out a little.

Knowing there is alot of Balsomroot out there, I would like to see more included in this image. This is a shot i'm sure most of us would like to have in their portfolio. BTW, I still like it.

Spring serenity, I spent a few hours the other day just hanging out in this same spot, you've captured the essence of this place perfectly. I can sit and relax all day with this image, and I don't get any ticks this way

Very nice exposure. Perhaps slightly cooler and more contrast in the bottom half?

Well I like it as is. Very well balanced. Sure has the same feel as the real place had. Well done.
