Trying to ID a bird I saw last week in Middle TN. Sorry, no pics, I was crawling on my belly trying to get to some turkeys. The bird was solid metallic blue, about the size of a Blue Bird but the there was no orange/brown chest. Closest thing I could find on the internet was a Blue Grosbeak. I am not sure if this is it because the Grosbeak pics I have seen show brown on the wing. Let me know if you have any ideas, maybe I will get a shot next time.

It might have been an Indigo Bunting. They are smaller than the grosbeaks and the bluebirds, and are a solid beautiful bright blue. Check your field guide if you have one to verify. :wavey:

Hey that is it! Thanks, hope I get a good shot before his plummage lessens.
