female reed bunting
One from this morning at our local nature reserve, struggled to get any clean shots through the reedbed

Canon 1 DSII, 500 F4.5 plus 1.4 tc iso 200, 1/60 at F6.7, 550EX fill in flash at -1.5 slight crop and cloned out the flash catch light as it was too central in the eye

Hi Mike - looks a bit dark and low in contrast so I took the liberty of tweeking it a bit - shadow/highlight adjust, midtone contrast +19........if you don't like it I'll delete it straight away :wavey:

Pity about the OoF reed but what can you do :toast:

Regards

Andy

Extremely nice pose and composition Mike.

Somewhere between those two posts for my taste.

Very nice shot, I like the re-post whilst viewing on my laptop though.
