Grumpy Epson 2200 and CS3

Since up grading to CS3 my Epson 2200 won't centre. Uninstalled and reinstalled drivers and Epson print monitor.

Adobe states on their site some issues with printers on the beta which will be fixed by the final release. Ha!

One solution I saw was to turn off the Epson print monitor which I don't see a way to do. Another was working in CS3 then printing from CS2. Right!

When printing CS3 tells me such things as calibrate won't work as I don't have a Post Script printer. Sure upgrade your software, buy more hardware to suit us!:jump:

Anybody else having such difficulties and what is your solution? Other than going back to film.

Cheers,
Dave

one of the first images I printed using CS3, the image was off center, right to the edge, and some of it was cut off. I figured I did something wrong, checked all settings, and printed again. The second time worked fine but I'll now be keeping a closer watch as the prints come off the printer.

Rod,

Did you get the 'not going to perform these functions as you don't have a Post Script printer" message?

Centers in Lightroom, but don't have the print controls of CS.

Check for an updated printer driver also

The postscript is satndard on all non postscript printers and has been there since CS or earlier. Just check the don't show this again box. Usually it refers to the film reversal and other settings used to output commercial printing films/negatives.
