Smith Creek Sunday
Another look at the scenery Tim exposed us to in the Smith Creek area last sunday. I really like the peaceful, serene setting of this shot. But then there were many places I could have just sat down and enjoyed the view for hours! Thanks for looking! :wavey:

Very nice Wayne. Looks like you made it further upstream than I did during Tim's workshop the weekend before the gathering.

Wayne, you really captured the mood in this shot. I am like you I could just sit back on one of the big rocks by the creek and watch the creek go by.

That's nice, Wayne. I might crop a little off of the top, but I like the mood.

Tim, I was thinking along the same lines, a little off the top but I could never settle on a crop line. I wanted to keep the trifecta of tree trunks on the left and that wasn't going to happen with a crop. Also I liked the "V" formed by the branches drooping down from the top of frame. Still, I think I'd better revisit this one, it could be improved with the right crop. Thanks guys! :wavey:

I like it, Wayne. I find the water color most appealing in any of the shots from last weekend. Add to that a few moss-covered boulders and early spring color and they're all keepers. I think a crop from the top would improve this one, but it's still very nice as it is.
