Disabling Adobe Gamma from Start-up??

Belatedly trying to move into the 20th century by calibrating my screen with Spyder 2. How do I disable Adobe Gamma from start-up?
Will join the 21st century some time later.

Click on 'Start', then 'Run' ...type msconfig.exe followed by enter. Once displayed, click on the "Startup" tab. Disable from here. I'd be interested to know how you get on with the Spyder 2 as contemplating buying one!

will do. thanks Clive. Had a sudden rush of blood in New York B+H store and bought Lightroom as well. About 50% of UK prices.
