CS3 Help System Problem

Just installed CS3 on a Windows Platform. When I try to open help I get the following message:

This topic is in the Help system of another product. To view the topic, install that product. about:blank

I did a google search and found a similar problem, but it talked about a Danish install. Mine is English. Has anyone else seen this? Any solutions??
