Newport Bridge
I am finally getting around to working on some of these images I took back in July of 2006.

I know this place has been flooded with waterfalls and wildflowers so I thought I would take a break from those and go for something different...

Thanks for letting me know what you think of this!

The bridge looks cool the way it disappears into the fog.. Rick had something similar from The Dalles I really liked, too...

Love that the background has disappeared into the fog allowing for just the bridge to be seen. The repetition of the arcing lines becomes so much more apparent. Great light and angle of view as well.

Hi Darren. Strength and grace in abundance. The fog and the reflection of the base add delicacy to a not-so-delicate structure. I think the fog helps you isolate the subject well (I guess that's obvious, huh?). Nice work.

This is excellent Darren, the fog really makes this image. :toast:
