Hi to all,
Female Great Spotted Woodpecker , I called into Potteric on my way back from Norfolk this morning , not much about except this pecker , lovely looking bird.
Levels and Usm ( 150,0.5 ,1 ) Crop for comp.
Canon 20D , 500mm F4 L IS , W/Hv2 , Gitzo 1325
1/320 @ F4 iso200 jpeg
Norfolk was a complete waste of time , 3 days of rubbish weather , very windy by the coast and the light was terrible , I have over 200 shots of Bearded Tits photographed at Cley , none of which are worth posting , very disapointing , the only highlight was being able to watch Peregrines hunt Dunlin on the beach at Titchwell , fantastic sight.
