Odd CF corruption

anyone care to comment on this problem?

This image is a straight crop from the centre of a frame off a Sandisk Extreme III 2Gb CF card (a genuine one) It only occurred on the one frame and hasn't re-occurred again.

Taken with a 1D MkII N shooting in raw mode, low speed burst mode

My initial thoughts, is a sensor read out error. Its skipping that line, it appears to be repeated on that line every time.
