Although I missed the great weather on Hallet's that Erik got in his shot, it was a great day to be up in the park yesterday. The stormy weather and light were wonderful.
BTW, does anyone know what these peaks are called? This is looking south across Moraine Park. Long's would be to the right (west) of these.
Very nice, Paul. I like the framing with the trees and the wispy lighter colored clouds lending some character to the sky. I couldn't find a name of those mountains on any of my maps or even on TopoZone. Possibly unnamed peaks?; hopefully Erik will see this and let us know.
I wouldn't mind seeing some more contrast in the sky, being you converted this is B+W. Might add to the drama. I do like the framing with the trees. Anyway to get some extra grey tones in there? Other than that, very nice.
