Flint Hills Sunbeams B/W
This image has been in my files lurking for a couple of years. I think there is some potential here but I am still torn as to whether it evokes anything in the viewer. I would like your brutally honest critique of this b/w version, does it work, what's good, what's bad, let me know if it moves you at all. Your comments will be appreciated. :wavey:

I like the photo. Might be a bit more dramatic without the light grass in the foreground?

Hey Wayne - I really like this. The sunbeams are a nice, as is the contrast in the grasses. Thanks for posting!

Wayne,
I think it works great. I like the contrast of grass in the fg to the grass in the shadows. The sun rays look great too. - Glenn

I really like this scene, Wayne. While the contrasting grasses are interesting, the sunbeams are what I really like about this. But I do find myself wishing there was a single element in the fg to grab my attention, maybe a tree or something. Just my .02 worth though...thanks for posting!
