Cape May Warbler
For those of you heading to Magee Marsh this next weekend they are on their way. Shot this Cape May in my yard today. There were also Rose Breasted Gross Beaks, Yellow Rumps, a Scarlet Tanager and Pine Warblers. Don't yet know if I will make it this weekend but still hoping.

Good Luck

Wonderful image David....good use of the diagonal tree branch as well as the tack sharp eye. Yellow&green always works well. Very, very nice.

Nice shot, David! I only have a few shots of Cape Mays, and none are this good. Hope you get up to Magee!
David & I took a walk out at Buck Creek SP and saw bunches of Yellow Rumps, a Rose Breasted Grossbeak, various flycatchers and orioles. The migration is in full swing!

I had a yellow rump on my window in my office today....... and of course no camera in sight. I'm not good at those little stinkers anyhow...I'll leave it to all you good bird folks!

GO get em guys!

Colorful bird. It looks like it is trying to eat from the branch, though I think it is an illusion?
