Unmapped and unamed waterfalls in the Gorge. This was 1000 vertical feet off the trail and quite an easy bushwhack, going back up the crumbly slope was hell though. Curious as to how you feel about this, it was the best angle I could get trying to get that rock out of the splash pool and still have some nice foreground. Since I doubt any of you have seen these falls I left my hiking partner in the frame up top for some scale.

Thanks for your views.

I like the composition, Andy. Not so much the figure in it though. The trees provide the necessary sense of scale. I've been to too many off trail waterfalls to count, but maybe not this one. Dosen't look like McCord, Tanner or Eagle creek to me, but definitely a big one.

Andy, I am ready to go right now......I like the open space between the rocks and the falls...maybe you could have set up a WIDE angle on one of those rocks there.

looks like it was worth the adventure......

Cool image - the figure in the shot doesn't do much for me, personally. But the falls are beautiful.
